Laparoscopy is playing an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and management of gynaecologic oncology patients. Using a minimally invasive approach in gynaecologic oncology is rapidly evolving, and it is critical for practicing physicians to be updated on the latest evidence, practice, and technology. As many regions in the developing world still lack structured training programs in this discipline, this the 3-day course has been designed to demonstrate the most common current applications of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and management of various gynaecologic carcinoma.
This course is designed to expose participants to theoretical knowledge and essential laparoscopy skills necessary for a gynaecologic oncologist to be able diagnose and provide optimal treatment to women diagnosed with gynaecologic cancer.
At the conclusion of the course, the participants will be able to:
- Discuss the epidemiology of gynaecological oncology and precancerous conditions/lesions
- Discuss the current treatment and management techniques for different gynaecologic cancer and roles of endoscopic procedures in these diseases;
- Evaluate different endoscopic diagnostic approaches for treating patients with gynaecologic cancer from a multidisciplinary perspective.
- Discuss indications and limits of endoscopy and methods to acquire competency in endoscopy.
- Acquire the ability to perform routine diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy including laparoscopy and hysterectomy.

Course Fees and Payment Details
The course fee is $700. The fee includes course admission fee, all the educational material for the course, operating theatre & skills laboratory, lunch, coffee-breaks, social dinner and certificate of attendance.
